Immerse yourself in the local culture: You are welcome to join the local people as they go about their typical daily activities. Make a trip to the local market, which is open daily and is located right in front of the B&B, or set aside some time to stroll down Via Portuense about 100 metres to shop at the famous Porta Portese flea-market (open every Sunday from 5am to 2pm). Sample some of the local fare: a delicious hot �cornetti� or a �maritozzi� with whipped cream, accompanied with an espresso or cappuccino, which the local bars specialise in. One such bar is conveniently located at the corner of Via Ettore Rolli next to the B&B. It is an experience not to be missed.
The B&B TRASTEVERE HOUSE is located at Via Portuense 165c � Trastevere Station � on the corner of Via Ettore Rolli in Rome. If you are arriving at Fiumicino Airport, you can easily reach the B&B by taking a shuttle bus from the airport to Trastevere Station (Stazione Trastevere), which runs approximately every half hour, from 6am to midnight.
Only a few steps away from the B&B, the Trastevere Station and various bus stops are available to take you to your destination. Explore Trastevere! St. Peter�s is only two stops away, 5 minutes with the fast-train, which leaves every 15 minutes from Trastevere Station.

With bus No. 8 you can cross Trastevere, get off at Largo Argentina, and find yourself in the heart of Old Rome.

From the B&B, which is located at the beginning of the Trastevere neighbourhood, you can easily travel from the Trastevere Station to Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Lungotevere, Via Corso & Via Condotti � the famous shopping streets � as well as the historical sites and museums of our beautiful capital city.
