The apartment is composed by one bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a single sofa bed and a double bed, and a kitchen.
The apartment is provided with SATELLITE TV and AIR CONDITIONING. The size of the apartment is roughly 30 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 3 people.

The price includes gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels.

Please note that if you check-in on an Italian holiday (which include all Sundays, Easter, August 15th, December 25th, January 1st, January 6th, May 1st, June 2nd, April 25th, November 1st, December 8th...) you will be asked to pay 30 Euro extra. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. The check-in time is from 14:00 and the check-out time at the latest at 10:00. However, if possible, you may check-in and check-out at the time which is more convenient to you (just ask us).
