The apartment is located a few steps from the Vatican Museums, the Saint Peter Square and very close to the subway station “Cipro” line A. The apartment is extremely well connected to the rest of the city by a number of bus lines, some also running during the night (23, 492, 495, 70, 13). Beside Saint Peter Basilica, you can also easily reach walking Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso and Castel Sant’Angelo.
The apartment is at the first floor and is composed by an entrance, a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner, two bathrooms with a shower, a terrace, a heating system, a washing machine, a fridge and TV.
Minimum stay: three nights
Consumptions are included for periods up to one month. For longer periods, you will have to pay an extra cost of 0.20 €/Kw for electricity and 0.70 €/m3 for gas.
Final cleaning included.
Weekly linen change can be requested at a cost of 10 Euro per person.
Easter Saturday and Sunday, 24, 25, 26, 30 and 31 of December and the 1st of January: for stays which include one of these days, the total cost will be increased of 15% (no matter the length of the period).
Animal are allowed.
Deposit: 250.00 Euro.
