We offer you in the same condominium a Penthouse apartment of 95 square meters divided in two floors: at the first floor there is a big sitting room with a very confortable sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, service and a beautiful terrace,at the second floor (that face into the first) there is the bedroom with a king size bed and a day bed with trundle, with the bathroom with tub. There are very big windows so there is a lot of light. The price for 2 people is Euro 260,00 per night, it can accomodate until 6 people, each extra bed costs Euro 30,00.
All our accommodations are at the top floor of a very beautiful and characteristic building, where the "Roman Holiday" movie was filmed.
Just an important note: this appartament was the Sigmund Lipinsky Academy. Sigmund Lipinsky is the great grandfather of my husband Miguel that came in Rome from Poland in 1902 to study painting and heatching. Max number of beds: 6
